Outgrowit ("we", "us", "our") provides review automation, call answering, lead follow-up and website services to local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect information you give us, plus basic technical information needed to run the website.

• Information you submit — your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you write in a form or message when you contact us or book a call.
• Communication records — emails, text messages, calls and messages between you and us, including notes taken during a call.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed. This is standard server and analytics data used to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Any payments are handled by a third-party payment processor.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange or conduct a growth call.
• To send you the SMS messages you have opted in to receive, if you have opted in.
• To provide and support the services you have engaged us for.
• To send you service updates, reports and administrative messages relating to work we are doing for you.
• To keep our own records, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
• To improve our website and understand which content is useful.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

Sharing your information

We share information only where it is necessary to run our business, and only with providers who are bound to protect it:

• Service providers — the platforms we use to run our own operations, such as our CRM, email provider, calendar, messaging platform and hosting provider. They process information on our behalf and under contract.
• Legal requirements — if we are required to disclose information by law, court order or a valid request from a public authority.
• Business transfer — if our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction. You would be notified.

As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared, sold or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for the duration of our work together and for as long as required afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

• Email — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Service messages about active work will continue.
• SMS — reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Access, correction and deletion — email us and we will provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
• Objection — you can ask us to stop processing your information for marketing purposes at any time.
